Security
A security camera is in operation at the front of the house to ensure your safety, prevent the misuse of our property and to confirm the number of guests is the same as in the booking.

 

Number of guests
All guests staying at the house must be included in the original booking. Please check with us first if you would like to add additional guests to your booking during your stay. Additional charges will apply if unlisted guests stay at the property.  

 

Spa and sauna
Spa or sauna should not be used between 10pm - 8am as per EPA enforced quiet hours.
 

Please use the outdoor shower before going into the spa. This is especially important if you are coming from the beach as sand in the spa will require for the spa to be emptied and cleaned and will inquire an additional cost.
 

No detergents to be used in the outdoor shower as it is connected to the natural drain.
 

Please only use the plastic tumblers for drinks in the spa instead of glassware.

BBQ
Guests are responsible for cleaning the barbeque if they have used it. If the barbeque has been left dirty, an additional $50 barbeque cleaning fee will be charged.

 

Parking
The garage and the driveway can accommodate up to four cars and there is also room on the nature strip. Do not park on the grass, any damage to the grass caused by parking will charged be from the guests.

 

Parties and functions
PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The house is located in a quiet residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received, if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking or if the house is being used for a function. Any disturbance to our neighbours, such as making excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.00pm - 8am.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE (with the exception of children accompanied by parents). Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy will be denied access to the property and no refunds will be provided.
 

Exceptions can be considered in some circumstances so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

 

Smoking and vaping
STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THE PROPERTY. Additional cleaning cost will be charged for any cigarette butts recovered from the property.

 

Pets
Strictly no pets allowed.
