PHILLIP ISLAND SPA, SAUNA BEACH RETREAT

CHECKOUT

We hope you’ve enjoyed your stay at our holiday house.

 

Before you checkout, we have a few things we ask you to do:

  1. The checkout time is at 10 AM. We’ll need time to get the house ready for our next guests, so please be considerate. A $50.00 late check-out fee will be charged after a 15-minute grace period (special circumstances will be taken into consideration).
     

  2. Place all used towels in the bathrooms.
     

  3. Clean the BBQ/oven if you have used them. If the barbeque has been left dirty, an additional $50 barbeque cleaning fee will be charged.
     

  4. Take out all the rubbish, recycling and green waste. There are three council bins, so make sure you sort out your waste accordingly.
     

  5. Bin collection day is Tuesday. If you are checking out between Friday and Tuesday (inclusive), please check the Council Waste Calendar to see which bins to place out on the street before leaving the house.
     

  6. If you have used the laundry, please check there are no clothes left in the washing machine/dryer.
     

  7. Check the spa/outdoor shower area to make sure you haven’t left any belongings, towels etc. outside.
     

  8. If you have used the sauna, please make sure you’ve left it in a tidy condition and the sauna door is firmly closed. This is really important, if the wind catches the door and the glass is broken, you will be liable for a replacement door of $1000.
     

  9. Check the spa water level. If it is below the row of lighting inside the spa, please use the hose on the side of the house to bring the water level back up. The filtering system can be damaged if the water level gets too low and air gets into the system.
     

  10. Ensure that the spa cover is on and clipped from all four corners.
     

  11. Clear the fridge (including the one in the garage) from any food/drinks you may have brought with you.
     

  12. Wash all dirty dishes and place them back in the cupboards.
     

  13. Check under the beds for any belongings you might have left behind and log out of your streaming services.
     

  14. Turn off all the lights and the heating/AC.
     

  15. Please make sure all windows are shut and all doors are closed and locked.
     

  16. We understand that sometimes accidents happen, glasses break etc. Please let us know if something has broken or malfunctioned during your stay, so that we can address any issues before the next guest arrives.
